HMI Troubleshooting Tools

On the HMI, navigate to the troubleshooting window on the left sidebar menus

This has troubleshooting screens to help determine symptoms/causes of issues.

In PLC STATUS, you can see the battery voltage, and other PLC specific information.

• Check the PLC Battery Voltage, if the battery is low/dead stored values can be lost.

• Check the PLC firmware, if out of date it could cause logic/communications issues.
