StrideLinx Router Troubleshooting

The StrideLinx indicator lights are the primary information source while troubleshooting issues. For un-registered Router, a usb thumb drive with the router.conf file on it is necessary for setup.

Indicator LEDs indicate connection status, more details indicator info can be found in the manual

Signal LED

• Blinking Red, no reception or invalid device SIM or PIN

• Constant red, low reception

• Blinking Blue, initializing connection

• Constant Blue, good connection

ACT LED

• Constant Red, booting or not registered

• Blinking red, waiting for connection, or there is an issue with the stridelinx configuration

• Blinking blue, connecting or setting up vpn connection

• Constant Blue, VPN connection active
