PLC Troubleshooting

The PLC CPU may give several error codes. The most common are covered below

•  E05101: CPU battery is low

• E02301/E02302: Module Missing, disconnect plc power, and reassemble the PLC block. Look at block configuration to determine the bad connection point.

Signal Conditioner Troubleshooting

Verify wiring, and that the device powers on. Have had several reported DOA at install. Verify the DIP switches are set per the drawings.
